Wallets & hanging hooks included
Storing your stencils safely while not in use is important. Damage to your stencil can cause in-proper paste application and issues with your PCB
This is why we provide a cardboard wallet and hook with each stencil This will allow you to keep your stencil safe and maximise its lifespan.
Fit most frame tensioning systems
In recent years, tensioning systems have become quite common, each with their own unique support fixtures and perforations.
Our excellent quality stainless steel stencils can be cut to fit most tensioning systems, meaning no worry about copmbatability.
Multiple thickness options
The stainless steel used for our stencils has specific properties such as special hardness and tensile strength. Only stainless steel sheets with low material thickness tolerances are used.
This allows us to provide stencils in multiple thickness sizes. Please state in your enquiry the thickness you require. This allows for a more acurate pricing and fewer delays.
Fiducial markers
In order to achieve an accurate print of the solder paste to the pads, good alignment of the stencil to the PCB is critical. This is achieved by adding registration marks known as fiducial marks to both the PCB and stencil.
Text and tool numbers
Where required we can add text to our stencils.. This can allow you to put identity marks on the stencil, it allows for tool numbers to be placed right on the stencil where required.
Please note – We are unable to do logos or pictures on stencils.
