Up to 12 layers
Using a specialist in house fabrication technique we are able to fabricate PCB’s from 1 to 12 layers
This allows you more flexibility in your design, from increased circuit density, improved EMI protection or more effcient trace routing.
Fast turn arounds
While prototyping we understand that changes can happen all the time and the last thing you want is to be waiting for parts to test your latest idea.
Our extremely effcient fast track/prototyping service allows for extremely fast turn around times, for a exta fee.
Choice of materials
Our fabrication process allows for the production of FR4, Alclad or polyimide PCB’s
The main differences between them are cost, performance, and temperature capability. If you are unsure of which material would be best for you, please feel free to get in touch.
Choce of solder resist and legend colour
If your PCB is on show the right PCB colour can make all the difference in your design. The most common colours we print are: Green, Red, Blue and Black.
We do offer other colours on request tho please note that some colours may not be possible due to dye compatibility
Optical and electrical tests available
All our PCB’s come with a fully automated optical test as standard. Anything flagged in this process is then checked by one of our experts
We are also proud to be able to offer in house full electrical testing on all PCB’s. While this is extra, it allows you to be fully confident in your finished product.
